About
I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges, rediscover the joy of movement, and surprise themselves by achieving new and unexpected goals.
I work with people from all walks of life – whether you’re recovering from a running injury, completing rehab for a neurological condition, managing chronic pain, or undergoing cancer treatment – I’m here to help you feel strong again through evidence-based exercise, behaviour change support, and a whole lot of empathetic listening.
My Background
I’ve been coaching for over 5 years now, but my desire to study further to become an Exercise Physiologist came about after helping my mum through her cancer journey and seeing the incredible benefits of exercise throughout treatment and before and after surgery.
I’m also incredibly passionate about exercise myself — running and lifting are non-negotiable parts of my life that I continue to explore in different ways. I love nothing more than sharing this passion with other people and helping you to find a similar joy with movement!
I truly believe we are all capable of so much more than we realise, no matter your background or the challenges you’ve faced.
