A 12-week program designed to get you comfortable in the gym, ready to lift with the barbell all while building up to your first continuous 5km run. You will complete two strength/plyometric sessions and three runs per week. By the end of the 12 weeks, you should feel comfortable in the gym setting and well prepared for continuous runs.

  • It is recommended that you can walk 30 to 60 minutes continuously and have no pre-existing niggles or injuries before commencing this program.
